Join the HOA Board on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Olympic Ridge Community Park or through the regular owners-only Google Meet link.

A statewide drought declaration has been in effect since April 8, 2026. Washington law protects owners and residents from being fined for reducing or stopping watering while that order is in effect, and the Board is applying that protection.

The September 12 Neighborhood Block Party has been postponed due to weather. A new date has not yet been announced. Watch for rescheduling details here and on the community calendar.

Please enjoy the holiday safely, remember how dry conditions are, follow the County’s posted fireworks hours and restrictions, and clean up after the celebration.
