August Open Board Meeting: In the Park and on Google Meet

Brown Lawns During the Drought: Where the HOA Stands
A statewide drought declaration has been in effect since April 8, 2026. Washington law protects owners and residents from being fined for reducing or stopping watering while that order is in effect, and the Board is applying that protection.
Postponed: Olympic Ridge Neighborhood Block Party
The September 12 Neighborhood Block Party has been postponed due to weather. A new date has not yet been announced. Watch for rescheduling details here and on the community calendar.
