The Board’s regular monthly open board meeting is scheduled for the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Meeting agendas, location or remote access details, and any executive-session topics should be posted in the calendar entry and provided through the meeting schedule or a separate notice before the meeting.
Closed executive-session details are not general meeting minutes and may be omitted, limited, or redacted where Washington law protects privacy, attorney-client privilege, vendor negotiations, enforcement matters, or individual owner files. Owner meetings remain labeled separately as community or annual meeting minutes.
