The HOA Board is actively documenting parking violations and following through on enforcement. Keeping fire lanes, sidewalks, and access routes clear remains a priority for our neighborhood.

As of September 14, 2026, our records include:

  • 73 documented parking violations from December 2025 through September 13, 2026.
  • Five confirmed vehicle removals by a towing company. These count completed removals, not just signed towing authorizations.
  • Seven additional violations and one confirmed removal recorded in our latest review. These are included in the totals above.

This work includes reviewing violation notices and supporting photos, tracking repeated violations, and confirming when authorized towing has actually resulted in a vehicle being removed. A vehicle released to its owner after a drop fee is paid is not counted as a removal.

Parking problems have not been resolved simply because enforcement is underway. These figures show the work documented so far; they do not establish that violations are becoming less frequent. We will continue working to keep shared streets and access routes usable.

Residents and guests can help by keeping fire lanes, sidewalks, crosswalks, and driveways clear and following posted parking signs. Please review the community parking rules and share them with visitors.

We are sharing community-wide totals while keeping individual vehicle and owner information private. Thank you to neighbors who are helping keep Olympic Ridge safe and accessible.
