Come together with neighbors and future friends to celebrate our community. The Olympic Ridge Neighborhood Block Party is our once-a-year in-person community gathering, a casual picnic and potluck, and everyone in the neighborhood is welcome.
Where: Olympic Ridge main park, off Belfair Station
What to bring: A dish to share, and a chair or blanket if you would like your own seating
What to Expect
- Community picnic and potluck. Bring a dish to share if you can.
- Meet your neighbors. An easy, informal way to get to know the people around you.
- Get to know your community. Learn how the HOA works and where to find community documents, rules, and meeting records.
- HOA Board members available for questions. Board members will be on hand throughout the event. Bring your questions about the budget, landscaping, parking, architectural requests, or anything else on your mind.
Manage Email Notice Consent
We will have email notice consent forms available at the event. Washington law requires each owner’s written authorization before the Association can send official notices by email. Mailing costs have risen sharply this year, and signing a form at the block party is a fast way to help the community reduce that expense while making sure you actually receive HOA notices. The same form can be used to change a designated email address or revoke consent. New consents and email changes stay on paper until the Association verifies the owner and email address and J&M confirms processing.
RSVP or Volunteer
RSVPs help us plan, and volunteers are welcome. You can RSVP or sign up to help through the event post in the Olympic Ridge Facebook group , or by contacting the Board .

The block party is separate from our regular business meetings. Monthly open board meetings continue by Google Meet on the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM Pacific, with the next one on Saturday, August 29, 2026. See the community calendar for meeting details and meeting records for published minutes.
