The HOA Board’s regular open board meetings are scheduled for the last Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
The first meeting on this schedule is Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM PDT. Future meetings will follow the last-Saturday schedule at 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
Meeting agendas, location or remote access details, and any executive-session topics will be posted on the community calendar or provided by separate meeting notice before each meeting. Owners will have an opportunity to comment on agenda items before the Board votes.
Executive sessions may be used only for confidential topics allowed under Washington law. Final votes and final Board action will occur in the open meeting.
