Coffee and donuts will be provided. Bring a chair and join the conversation about current HOA business, neighborhood priorities, and questions you would like the Board to address.

Join Through Google Meet

The Google Meet will run at the same time for owners who prefer to participate remotely. Some Board members will also join through Meet, and the Meet transcript will be used as a working aid when preparing the meeting minutes. Published meeting records will continue to omit confidential or sensitive material.

Getting the Meet link: The Google Meet link is not published on this public website because the meeting is for Olympic Ridge owners. The regular link was mailed with the 2026 meeting schedule and is also posted in the private Olympic Ridge community Facebook group. If you cannot find it, contact the Board and we will send it to you.

What to Expect

This is the Board’s regular monthly open meeting. Owners may observe the meeting and comment on open-session agenda items before the Board takes final action. If a confidential matter requires an executive session, the Board will return to the open meeting for any final vote or final action.
